GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1 - PURPOSE
The following conditions of sale, the exclusion of any other agreement, unless agreed in writing are the only conditions that Flying Composites and the buyer agree, and who are required to follow. Every purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the regulations of Law no. 675/96, as amended.

2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of your purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply in its dealings with Flying Composites general conditions and payment transcribed below, stating that you have read and accepted all the indications provided to him under the rules mentioned above.

3 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
These general conditions of sale shall be examined online by customers visitors www.sorvolandocompositi.it before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the confirmation of the order implies full knowledge of themselves and their full acceptance. 6 - ORDER
Orders can be made by mail or via the Internet (online). 7 - PRICES
All prices shown on the site www.sorvolandocompositi.it are including VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

 

8 - SHIPPING
Shipments are made by NATIONAL EXPRESS COURIERS (delivery in 2-3 working days, with the exception of the smaller islands where time could double.) Except in cases of force majeure deliveries are made within 24 hours of the date of our confirmation of availability of goods in stock, delivery time means working from the time of shipment and are not binding, Flying Composites will not be liable for any delay or disruption in deliveries caused by couriers. 10 - RISK AND PROPERTY '

11 - PAYMENTS
The goods can be paid by bank transfer, Postepay or by COD. The bank details for bank transfers will be notified via e-mail at the time of order confirmation. Do not make any payments until you have received our information.
In case of advance payment, orders must be paid within 5 days from the date of confirmation, otherwise the cancellation of the same.
NOTICE: The order will be processed only after the receipt of the transfer or charge on American Express card.

 

12 - INVENTORIES OF ORDER
Unless specifically requested by the customer we do not maintain inventories of order, so any outstanding items will need to be reordered.

 

13 - RETURN OF GOODS
In case of returning products is essential to call us or contact us by e-mail to make arrangements. The goods to be returned must be shipped prepaid to our warehouse in perfect condition, in the same condition received, provided the original packaging and any manuals, with nothing missing. 14 - WARRANTY

Without prejudice to the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Flying Composites, it is now agreed that, if found responsible of Flying Composites, in any capacity against the customer - including the case of default, in whole or in part, the obligations assumed by the operator to the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - the responsibility of Flying Composites shall not exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute arose.

 

15 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
For all purchases from us you can avail yourself of the right to cancel within 10 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 185 of 08/22/1999. To take advantage of this right is enough to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products originally sealed and unsealed by the consumer. Shipping charges incurred for sending and return of the goods will not be credited back.

 

16 - JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be settled by the Court of Mantua.

 

17 - DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The Flying Composites Zamboni Michael as the holder of the treatment, according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, with regard to the personal data of which the company will own, we provide the following information.
